Low formaldehyde release resin system with inbuilt catalyst
for excellent wrinkle free and whisker application on
denims.
Guideline recipe:
On 100% cotton Denim trousers
- Resil RDK – 10-15%
- Ultrafab RTS conc -2%
- Spray-make Whiskers – dry - cure 150°C/10
min
Resil LFR – LT : - Low Temperature
curing, low formaldehyde release wrinkle free system
for excellent wash and wear performance with good durable
press rating.
Guideline Recipe On 100% cotton sheeting and bottoms
:
Step 1:
- Resil LFR LT – 120-180 gpl
- Mgcl2 -20-25 gpl
- Ultrafab RTS conc -25-40 gpl
- Resiscour LFSCL - 1 gpl
Pad-dry110°C-cure 130°C/1.5min
Step 2:
- Warm wash with 1 gpl Resiscour LFSCL - Dry
Step 3 - Top up finish :
- Innocelle TSIQ - 20-25 gpl
- Ultrafab RTS conc - 35-40 gpl
- Innocelle CHIQ - 15-20 gpl
- Ultrafab Puplus - 30-40 gpl
- Resiscour LFSCL - 1 gpl
